I need a one handed weapon with +energy and +enchant, is there anything available or can I make this weapon with upgrades? I guess it would have to be a sword or wand...

In cantha, crafter, dunno where yet.

10k seems to be the current price of the weapon itself.
You'll probably have to get the +20% mod yourself
