PC on nearly perfect summit axe

Hi I was just wondering if some1 could give me a hand pricing this weapon.

Furious Summit Axe Of Fortitude
Dmg 6-28 (req 8 axe mastery)
Dmg +15% (in stance)Double adrenaline on hit (10%)
Health +29

would apreciate any help i can get

it would be a pain to sell this because of the in stance mod. 35k imo
