I Brought over my ele and got her to the mission past the Celestial monsters mission, then I put her on hold and made a new assasin to see how they were and what the beginners area in Cantha looked like. I got my asszn to lvl 16 so I am puttin him on hold and going back to get my ele further. Just takes a lot of time to get to the Luxon/Kurzick territories so hope to see you there in a few days maybe

They are getting more popular by the day. I go there for several PvP battles each day and Ive noticed that although sometimes there may be very few, or even no one else there, the average amount of people does seem to be growing.

I think you'll have to wait for the majority of the population to get to those areas. Factions has only been live for 8 days. Some people havent' even had theirs delivered yet.

I played at both those missions for both sides all weekend long during the FPE. They were so fun. 
However I'm just not that far yet with any of my characters. =x

I've been playing in Ft Aspenwood all morning, and ppl were ditching mission because of leechers and bots. Both luxon and Kursick sides were leaving flawless victories because of the bot problem. Has anyone experienced this? Can someone inform a non geek in layman's terms what is going on? I've searched in game for some answers, but all I got was "behavior is how we know". It must be more than a fallen battle cry over and over for both sides to drop a battle simultaneously. Names were reported, etc, can someone give me a clue?

ps, imo, 600 faction points for winning is not worth the trouble for a bot.

ps, imo, 600 faction points for winning is not worth the trouble for a bot. Well basically there are people that just press "enter battle" and then do nothing to help the team. They're just in for the free faction (even a loss usually gives 200+ faction, at least on the Kurzick side). I suppose that the only difference between a bot and a normal leecher would be that a bot presses the "enter battle" -button automatically...
When I was still playing Aspenwood there were almost always 1-3 characters on our side that would not move an inch during the whole match. Apparently the same is true for the Luxon side as well. That said, I think the free faction gain is very much worth it for a bot or a simple away-from-keyboard leecher, but not for an actual player that tries to help the team. I like Aspenwood a lot (haven't tried Jade Quarry yet), but I don't think I'll be touching it again until something gets done about the AFK problem.
