Firstly, the team of twelve gets split apart into 4 groups of 3 at first, so it's ridiculously hard to kill monsters with only 3 people.

The ritualist monsters spam Restoration spirit all the time, so they res.
The monk monsters always withdraw hexes, so SS doesn't work.

There are random environment conditions in each area (low adrenaline, exhaustion, etc.) similar to Dragon's Lair in Tyria.

Every chest drops near-perfect or perfect items always.

ohhh thats how i keep seeing ppl selling perfect new skinned weapons all the time.
