This page, http://www.xennon.co.uk/eliteskills/ , says that i can only cap this skill from two bosses that only appear during a quest. If i have already done that quest, am I SOL?

Do it with a group who are doing that quest and youll get the chance to whoop his ass all over again.

Get a friend/guildie with the quest and go with them to cap it. Only thing I can think of.

I did Finding the Oracle last night, no Lou, of the Knives. Just Kenshi Steelhand, could it be that they spawn differently? So sometimes Kenshi, sometimes Lou?
