Tall Shield Health +30 -x dmg / condition reduction

Hi there...

Once more will look for such a shield. No other skin but Tall Shield please. Health +30 permanently is a must (would consider 27-29, but no ench/stance pls).

Second mod should be a dmg reduction, preferably -5dmg (20%). Again, slight differences will be considered. Please offer also -2dmg ench/stance or -x while hexed (don't know if it's still 3 or more by now).

Also interested in a condition reduction mod but dazed.

If your item has slight differences post stats here anyway. Will probably buy the shiel fitting my needs best if none matches exactly.

Hi there... Thx for your reply. Nice sield! I'm interested in buying that. But I've got a question: Is -3dmg still max while hexed? And further: Is this a fixed price, or is it negotiateable? Hope we can see IG on sunday.
