well, let me put it this way
If you preordered, you'd have a chance- I ordered mine at ebgames.com like 3 weeks ago , and it's in shipping right now, with an FREE t shirt
if not your luck of draw - maybe an kindly or a dumb sales rep let you have SOMEBODY ELSE's CE., and pissing off that person in the process
Ebgames said that this batch is to fill the preorders ONLY
but odds are, you'd have to wait until end of June to play factions.

Ebgames pre-order myself (from a week before the head start event no less) and got this today
Best bet is to go and see ebay/gamestop and see if they have any over the counter and hope you get lucky.
