Does anyone know where I can get that Elite skill? I can't find any boss that uses that skill. Only a Luxon 20 Assassin.

It used to be right, that boss had Way of the Empty Palm as his elite till a short while ago. You can get it now from Lord Senkai during the quest The Halcyon Job.

Lord Senkai is always there now, regardless of whether the quest has been taken, the quest just makes him easier to get to. Not that the guys around him are pushovers anyways.

i heard that he'll show up there even w/o the quest now... it got changed in the latest update... not sure tho...

actually if you group with someone who has the quest active you can still cap it as long as someone in your group has it ative.
And its better being in the game but only as a quest, thatn not in it at all (like assassins promise was before they changed it)
