Currently this is the Assassin set up that I've been using.
Attributes:
Dagger Mastery 8 (+1 Mask)
Shadow Arts 8
Critical Strike 12
Note: I'm poor and dont want to use my runes 'till I get my 15k armor.
Skills:
Critical Eye
Jagged Strike (Lead)
Wild Strike (Off-Hand)
Twisting Fangs (Dual)
Epidemic
Death Blossom (Dual)
Return
Resserection Signet
Most would note that there is a lack of multiple lead and off hand attacks, and yes there is, but they're 4 second recharge skills. And the absence of an elite, of course Return can be exchanged with Aura of Displacemtn but that would probably hurt more than help. Zealous Daggers are a MUST with this as well as the +Energy armor.
Now for the fun part. In groups of REAL people, this is extremly effective with the tactics I use for it, henchies are a different story.
Just looking at it the skill useage and order should be appearant but if not:
Jagged + Wild +Twisting + Epidemic + Jagged + Wild + Death Blossom + Return.
Simple, in and out strike, and lay down Bleeding and Deep Wound, deal some damage and then covering it all with Crippled. It is about a 6-10 second attack sequence if timed right ish I belive. Never really timed it.
Just looking for thoughts/comments/ways to improve it here.

Personally I think having multiple leads and off hands is a daft idea, every time I see assasins who are dying alot I ask them about their skill bar.. and most often they have multiple combos on the go, with barly any self protection to speak of.
I think your build looks good, I must admit I use an A/Me.. im sure there are some secrets to be unlocked with mix.. I'm messing around with fragility at the moment, i've considerd epidemic but havnt gotton around to trying it yet.
Tonight I will be trying to get that elite which causes dazed and blind, along with epidemic and fragility...ooo.. I cant wait
