Quest "disappearing" ?

So I'm with Togo and his assistant and we're going to see the minister. Once we're there, everyone is crazy and I'm told by a guard to help with the problem. Togo disappeared, his assistant too and no one in the area wants to give me a quest. If I talk to the guard, he gives me tip about theequest (stay close to togo...), offers me to replay the cinematics and that's it. If I go back to the courtyard (near monastery), togo is there but doesn't want to give me a quest. Is this kind of stuff a common bug in GW and what should I do? (I've never played GW before).

Sounds like you found another bug, if i'm right the part you are reffering to is for Shing Jea Isle where you have to speak to a gaurd with Togo Following you... did you get an cinematic? My assasin could tak to the gaurd so that i could enter the estate...
Or perhaps Togo ot stuck in a bush somewhere...
(saw that happen to an enemy before real weird he couldn't move..)

You just found the first mission location. In these locations you'll need to get a party together, players or henchies, and hit the Enter mission button on your party window to start.
In Factions you'll be seeing a cutscene everytime you enter a mission location and always after that you'll have time to prepare your party for the actual mission.
After you are done with the mission, you'll be getting a new primary quests to follow until you reach the next mission.
