I rerolled an Elementalist in factions. Somone on this forum posted that I should go to amatz basin for full unlock skill npc. After playing for almost 18 hours- I reached amatz and nothing new was listed.
Skills such as pheonix and whatnot have to be opened in Tyria?- or is there another city in Cantha with full skill npc.

Prophecies skills can only be unlocked in Tyria... It's as simple as that.
I think that all core skills and factions skills are available from just about any trainer in Cantha, but for Prophecies skills, you have to find the right trainer in Tyria.
Obviously, I'm not taking elite skills into account when I say all skills...

Actually, you can buy some skills you already had in ch1 - there called "Core Skills".
But there ARE prop. only things things that cant sold there.
