I try to make a guildhall
the only thing i know is i need to get 60k

You need to go to Lion's Arch, or Kaineng Center.
In L.A. and K.C. there is a guy near the docks who will take you to guild halls. In each hall there is a Sigel trader you can buy a sigel from. Give this Sigel the the Guild Hall NPC you wish to purchase.

You also need to get the guild cape first. There are guild emblemers in various towns.
Does it cost 60k for a sigil now? You might try asking to buy one from a player then, ours was in the 40k range but that was a long time ago.

you might not need to get 60k.....
i went to the Lions Arch area and took a trip to the halls, then boungt one from the sigil sales lady for 16k.
however, this was about a week or two befor Factions came out, and i waited till then to choose my own hall.
it might have gone back up since then.
other than that.....yes, people always sugest farming (and no, they dont mean grab a cow and start milking....them mean find a spot that has reasonably good item drops compared to creatures and their levels and just kill, kill, KILL the poor things till you get enough cash...selling the items you dont want to keep also get you cash, but not as fast as the monster kill-farm deal)
dont expect to actually find a good spot, they are ether all being Botted-Out (in which case, expect that area to be altered in a few weeks to make it harder for them)
or are super-secret and hard to find....
if your a one person or small group guild, your probably going to have to wait like me...took allmost a year for the cashprice to drop to a price i could afford.
if your in a reasonably medium guild, why not ask for donations towards the hall from your guildies?

Go to the HA( Heros Ascent) and buy a sigil, SIGIL, not sigel.

Heroe's Ascent will most likely NOT be unlocked for a new character/player. lions arch or Kaineng Center - speak with the Canthan Ambassador (guild halls) and they will take you to as many as you'd like to see (free). You can then when you've gotten enough money buy the 'celestial sigil' right there (when viewing guild halls there is a sigil trader there). The guild hall you are in can be purchased from the Canthan ambassador for 1 celestial sigil. To make a guild costs 100 gold, to make a cape costs what 2000 gold?
