Where to find Oni Claws??

Since info on Factions is still limited I can't seem to find what drops Oni Claws and where I might find them. Anyone know?? Thanks for the help.

Oni drop Oni Claws.

You wont see them by holding ctrl down as they spawn when you walk near them. On the beginner island, head out south from Tsumei Village, and go find the Trainer for Ritualists, SOmebody the Etherial. From him go east slightly, and you will see on you radar a piece of scenery (a large solid outcrop form the ground) that ou cant stand on, but can run rings around, an Oni usually spawns on the far side of this for me. Always individually.

This is the easiest Oni spawn to reach as you needent fight before him.

Or you can exit from the 2nd mission place, head sown the hill toward the Kappa, and an Oni will spawn about 2/3s of the way down. No enemies en route, and its a 5 second walk.

Oni claws are usually found attached to an Oni

I need 1 for the collector's armor.

there is a level 16 oni right outside of zen daijun (usually) if you hug the right wall before you get down to the beach. He like all Oni is a popup but there are also some dragon turtle necros and some mesmer plants that spawns right near there. Hes what dropped my first gold armor in factions too

Drazach Thicket is full of them, but they are radomly located. I've only ever had 2 drop over the 6 days I've been playing the game. They seem fairly rare.
