Finally got my Krytan armor set yesterday, specced like I want it. went to dye it green, and it comes out as this HIDEOUS pukey lime shade. This is the image to the left. To the right is what this armor type should dye to (desert ringmail):
Here's a better pic for the contrast. Notice how much darker the gloves (desert) are than the boots (Krytan). They were dyed at the same time, specifically for this picture. Only the boots are this ugly shade of green:
All these are with one dye application, no mixture. On Krytan armor it comes up way too light. Please fix this! I got the armor I want, but it dyes terribly!

Different armor sets dye differently. If you choose to mix and match your armor set, you will have to learn to deal with the differences.
This is not an error, that is what they are supposed to dye like. Each armor set has a unique base color/dye pattern as implemented when the game was created.
Try Green Green Blue - that may be close to the Desert set you are hoping to match. Experimenting with various dye combinations is your best bet, as this is not a game error but variety by design. If every armor set dyed the same colors regardless of base color or style, there would be far less diversity in the schemes.

The mismatch was to show the difference, TYVM. Note in my post I said Krytan armor SET, as in head to toe.
