Regarding the Grand Master Cartographer title...

Okay, I've got my W/R to Master Cartographer with 95.1% of Tyria explored.
I just can't seem to find that missing 4.9%.
So regarding that, do these areas count?
Ascalon Arena (never did it at low level, can't do it now)
Yak's Bend Arena (same problem as above)
Sorrow's Forge (nothing comes up on your map or minimap when exploring this area)
Underworld / Fissure of Woe (same as above)
Tombs PvE (same as above)

I'd be grateful for any tips

None of those count.

trust me, you need to do all mission bonus if you can't find the rest.

Uhg, I've rewalked all areas killed all in those areas, hit every knook and cranny, and let me tell you this is not easy with goulies in tow! I have redone all missions and bonuses with the intent of rewalking those areas also, I have revisited all towns. I have also compared maps! Still my title is stuck at 99%, I have absolutely no clue where the heck I can find that elusive 1%!!
Just a bit frustrated here, so any insight would be greatly appreciated.


I'm not totally frustrated with factions as I have reached 99.3%, and I still need to get banished to all the spots by shiro, so I still hold out hope that I will manage that top title

Interestingly I never did Ascalon or Shiverpeak Arena (Yaks) but I am able to enter both now. Yes the arenas do count (the outpost type area within), although you are still able to get 100% without them.

As for Cantha, I stopped a long time ago at 99.8% out of frustration. I came back to it a couple weeks later and basically just "rehugged" the walls in various towns and outposts and got the remaining .2%. The Cartography Threads in Community Works are excellent tools to use in order to help you achieve both titles.
