Button in [H] Window to reset stats to 0.
plasmasword
Title says it all, I think a small button somewhere in the [H] window that resets all attributes to 0 will be very helpful to people who have pve characters and often have to change builds . It might seem like a lazy button but think about it, you have to click the the down arrows at least 25 times each reroll :P. I agree its not needed, but it would be nice to have. Here is a screenshot of what it would look like:
Song Rui
Ahhh. Well presented. It would help me save alot of time for when I was running and needed to change back to fighting. Very useful.

Even a way to switch Skills AND Attribute points would rock.

Its along the lines of saving a build, but still helpful.

I change my monk from healer/55/3 different farming builds...
My nec can be bat/MM/SS/whatever...
my war can solo farm ettins/tank/damage dealer...
Saves lots of time not having to click the damn down arrow a million times when i want to use something different.

Sure, implementing a drop down menu which allows skill and attribute changes between saved builds would be better. But this is a good idea if the builds menu doesn't come about (or even if it does).
I'm thinking that it would of been in the prophesis release, if ANET hadn't decided to go with attribut refund points instead. Having a reset stats button would of been a bad idea with them. But I've never seen anyone trying to argue that they should return.

Don't you want to reset your attributes and not attribute POINTS?
Terra Xin
Make it smaller, no dobut there's gonna be someone coming in here complaining that "zzzzzomg! I keep accidentally pressing reset and I have to spend my time building them up again!!! Wasted 10 seconds of my life!!!"

I don's see any downside either (Other than ya might want to make that button a little smaller to increase child proofness for idiots like me who might accidently click something that big cause I am an idiot XD)

Whats the problem with reseting your stats to 0 by accident ?
The button would only work in town, meaning that you just have to put the attributes back. Maybe have the button produce a distinct sound when clicked, so you know you clicked it

And I know it would only work in town but I have been in hurries before to set up for GvGs or such things only to realize my atts are set wrong or 90% are not set at all. (I am very scatter brained at times).

Easy to implement, and there's no reason not to. It'd be great.

I love the idea, but to continue on the thinking process, there since Anet made tabs for the Hero window. And since There are pre-made builds in PvP. Wouldnt it be nice to have Pre-made builds in your Hero window?
For example.
Warrior/Monk
Following builds you use:
Running and Tanking
So in your hero tab when you go W/Mo your Builds tab shows Tanking and Running (you define the names, incase your elite and call your tanking build "teh BEstest WAr BUIDL EVER!") and you also set the build with skills and attribute pts you want. Since there is no record of the build (when you first make it) you press a save button and give it a name. This will be stored on your char as W/Mo. When you switch to W/E, you can keep builds for W/E as well. I would enjoy this the most since 1 easy click and im already set skill/att wise.

Just switching from my Geo build to my fire Nuker takes 34 clicks on those bloody arrows and i have to make the switch very often.
Adding a max points to an attribute BUTTON would greatly help!
Perhaps next to the normal arrows ^, just add a double arrow ^^ for those who want to max a certain attribute.
pkodyssey
The UI changes could be a forum unto themselves.
In addition to a reset button, make keys "9" thru "=" quick build change keys (speed keys).

Simple, easy and would be very very useful.
Anything that makes the game interface easier to use and makes changing to different builds easier gets a massive thumbs up from me.
