PC: Runic axe +15 -5 require 8 and Archaic axe +15 -5 require 12

Well I just sold a Runic req 9 15%-10AL for 150k, if that helps you any. I think you could get 250k if you put yours in High End section.

Archaic....no where near as much as the Runic. High req, ugly skin imo, maybe 50k. But don't go callin me a noob if you end up getting 100k, remember Factions items still have no base prices set.
