Not able to play factions; can't add key; have features

Nevermind, I didn't realize I had to log out first.

The ability to add a key to an existing account is now at the very first login screen before you type your password.

Took me a few minutes to figure out how to activate Factions when I first got it.

Just make sure you decide if you want to merge your accounts together first, and make sure based on that decision you are carrying out the right steps. I do not believe mistakes can be reversed.
