One quick question on Fractions

Do you start at level one? Or level 20 am thinking of buying the game can't see how they'd start at level 20 but there are many things I fail to see these days..

pvp are rolled at 20 but are limited to only pvp areas.rp start at 1 but have unlimited access to all areas including pvp areas

OK thanks, I had more than one account on Guildwars. Wonder if I can pass money like I used to do between accounts. There have to be some easy areas to go out at level one. I'm about to go buy it and learn some asian language! Bonzi!

Mabye no one else saw this but..."fractions" are hard
But no you start at lvl 1 and when you leave the island you go to the main continent every monster is lvl 20
