New Scam: The Healing Mini-pet of lions arch.

originaly when I had a mini-pet and I left Lions arch, i had a vamp bow eqipped. Eventualy I got healed and wondered what did that? I looked around and for the longest time I thought it was the mini-pet healing me! So i go and try to sell a healing mini-pet and some one points out outside of lions arch, Mhenlo is healing me, not my mini-pet. So I go on my way saying sorry, I thought it was the pet and we parted. Now I was in Lions Arch today, and a Guy was selling healing mini-pets. I figured the same thing happened to him as me, and I informed him it was Mhenlo who was healing him. He whipsered back to me "duh, but the newbs dont know that!" and he went on his way trying to sell a healing mini-pet.

So Basicaly, Mini-pets DONT heal, no matter how much it looks like it does! Dont fall for this trick!

Thats a pretty sick and twisted idea. Atleast you were honest and admitted your mistake. Thats just down right dirty doing what he was doing. Thanks for the advanced warning.

Same thing happened in old ascalon i believe.

Going offtopic but I have to say, Gwen has never healed me during the time I have gone through the pre-searing with some 8-9 characters. Got her flute and cape, even fed her plenty of flowers, but nothing. She just watches me get killed and then dances on my corpse.

Even if mini-Gwen wouldn't heal me, it would be a kick-ass pet though.

You may not have noticed it, it's not much, and not often. She plays her flute, and the heal is for +20. It's not exactly a life saver.

It has been clearly stated that the miniatures do NOTHING to help you whatsoever. So anyone who doesn't know this information, well pass that along, y ell it out in game if you have to.

On a random note, all mine did was scare the crap out of me when my Mini Jungel Troll started yelling... ... I was outside but nowher near nay enemies and i hear dit and about jumped outta my skin... Loud little bugger...

Yeah, I'm kinda leery of the little witch-child myslef. If I got a Gwen mini, I'd sell her off in a heartbeat. Annoying little brat.

On a more serious note, at a certain point I have to throw my hands up in frustration at the stupidity of both the community and the scammers at times.
