Where can i find green items on my own in game?

I know I sound noobish, but I am not a noob. Where do I find greens by myself without having to buy them? I am guessing UW, but I am not sure. Could someone tell me where? It would be even better if you could meet up with me in the game and help me go get some. By the way, I only have the original Guild Wars, not Factions.

sorrows furnace, grenths footprints, tomb of primeval kings, cantha, and theres 1 outside augory rock too.

Thanks, I am assuming you get these from bosses. Is it a gaurantee that if I kill that boss I will get one? Can you tell me more specifically which greens drop where please? That would be very helpful. I am just trying to learn more about the game. My parents are divorced and I play sports for my highschool, so it is hard to find time to play and learn these things on my own.

That was a good website, thanks so much. I know what to do now. The specific rod I was looking for wasn't there. I have only seen it once in the game, at droks forge. It was exactly like Kephets Refuge, but it was one handed. That site didn't have it. I know it exists too, because I saw it with my own two eyes. I wonder why it wasn't there. Also, I was wondering if someone would like to meet up with me in the game and go get some of those greens. I won't be playing until Wednesday though, so send me a private message. Thanks you guys.
