What is the one handed monk green? Where can I find it?

There are four 1 handed monk greens and focus items for them.

Brohns holy rod And the Stonehart(healing)
Ivors Smiteing Rod and Ivors Smiteing Icon(smiteing)
Worths Holy Rod and Wroths Icon(protection)
Gardocks Holy Rod and The stonesoul(divine)

All are either in tomb of the primeval kings or Sorrows Furnace. Also, lots of people sell them.

I am specifically looking for the one that has the same stats as kephet's refuge, but one handed.

One-handed caster weapons cant have upgrades on them.

So a One-handed Refuge is impossible.

Someone was playing a joke on you if they told you they had a wand that had refuge's stats on it.

Wands can have 2 mods, and the +5 energy mods ALWAYS have a condition like while enchated, or while over 50% health. The exception is the Wand outside Nolani Academy. It has more than 2 mods, and unconditional +5e - but its unique in this fact - and most of the mods are negative to balance out the unconditional e.
