Where can you buy them at? once i got into house zu heltzer the guy said "even some people sell faction points"

Yes, I have seen this. However neither I nor anyone I've met knows where you can buy them.

LOL, you can't buy them, you can sell them to npc's for jade/amber

Yes you can. As i said above the key npc in the house zu heltzer says you can buy them

If this is referring to buying faction points from other players or NPCs, somehow it's mistaken. The only way to gain faction with either side is to do quests or Alliance battles. Unless A-Net decided to sneak something else in without making it known...
