imo they are not. All depends on what you are going to use it for.
Example: pvp vs hexed, just make a combo that involves using a hex on the enemy (ie.Expose Defenses or impale) wich would result in massiv dmg
But that bonus is hard to sell and not the most wanted bonus of them all.. So if you can sell them for a good price do it.
~8k (IF you find a buyer. But I dont think you will find one who is willing to pay 8k for it ^^)
