PC 15>50 Dragon Scythes

could someone give me a price range on these:

7-17 req9 daggers - dragon scythe skin
+15% while health above 50%
20% sundering, 19% chance
+5 armor

i wanna see a screen shot of them but id say 100k
+ because i think its a rare skin
