Want To Try A Build, But Missing Main Skill

This is a link to the skill section of these forums. I really want to experiment with this skill, but I have been unable to obtain it. It is the last Necromancer skill that I need to get. I wanted to post this info here since this section of the forums is somewhat dedicated to the Necromancer.

Vampiric Spirit

Blood Magic
Type: Enchantment Spell (Elite)
Energy Cost: 5
Activation Time: 1
Recharge Time: 5

For 5..17 seconds, your Spells cost 3 more Energy, but whenever you cast a Spell you steal up to 5..41 Health from one nearby foe.

You can capture it in Arborstone, according to Guildwiki.

Thanks for the replies, but im afraid that I wasn't too clear myself. If you click on the link in my original thread, then you will see that I have already gone through great lenghts searching for this skill. The main reason I was posting in this section is to see if any other fellow Necromancers have obtain this skill, and if so, then where. Usually the information found on those sites are correct. But unless im doing something wrong, then Arborstone is not the place to find it.

It's in Arborstone, I capped it there.

After you pick up the urn, go up the stairs to the right and fight the dredge, your necro boss should be along that path. I just capped that today.
