Where to after City Under Attack?

I just completed the City Under Attack quest. It was a primary quest so I figured that it would be advancing the storyline. However, it didnt. The last mission that I completed was Boreas seabed. Anyone know where I have to go next to get the next primary quest?

Anyone?

You get the next quest (Battle in the Sewers) from the same guy who gives you the reward for City Under Attack.

I did that one too I think.

Battle in the Sewers should teleport you to the next Mission area. I havn't completed that particular quest yet myself, as the 10 soldiers I'm given die rather easily, and have about the same brains as Necro Minions do.

However, getting the quest does seem slightly bugged. After you complete City Under Attack and get your reward from the emperor, the guy standing next to him should get an exlcamation point over his head immediately, but he does not. It's the guy standing right next to the emperor that has the Battle in the Sewers quest.
