Guild Alliance Factions DO WE LOSE THEM WHEN ?

I was wondering Let say our guild is in an alliance and the alliance has 100k factions, but our guild have contributed 45k and we wanted to leave the alliance. Does that mean our guild keeps the 45k factions and the allaince that we were in lose it or do our guild lose it all. We will stay on the same side but just want to leave the alliance and start our own. PLS help And Thx in ADVANCE.

Well my guild lost his alliance and as far as i can tell you keepthe alliance points that were original from your guild.
They do seem to decrease over time tough.....

Thxs Marth, I would suxs bigtime if you lose everything just because your guild want to progress in another alliance.

case in point...
My friend was in a 3 guild alliance with 170k total faction.
They left.
They now have 120k total faction.
