OK, thanks for the help. Sorry, I forgot that the rune trader can give a realistic value because I haven't really paid attention to runes so far. Also the shield is 10 tactics req. which is weird because I have 7 tactics and I'm using it.

EDIT: I just ID'ed it and it has +42 health(while enchanted) and reduces dazed duration by 20%.
