Canthans in Foreign Quarter?

Yesterday, In Vizunah foreign quarter, I saw a primary Assassin and 2 primary ritualists. What's up with this? Can't only tyrians get into this outpost, and isn't it impossible to make a primary assassin or ritualist in tyria?

you cant make an assasin or ritualist in tyria... those 2 start off in cantha... try make 1 in tyria urself and see.

You can however create a cantha char and go to tyria. The run around to all places and play the prohecies campaigns with your factions char.

I'm sure the previous posters know that, but that's not really what was being asked here.

I do have a question about the original post tho, isn't there an NPC at the gate you need to get past? Meaning you wouldn't be able to get run? I'm not sure about that. I've only brought my Tyrian chars over so far, and they go to the foreign quarters anyway. Must try with my Rt.

My Canthan mesmer was able to enter the Foreign quarter with a full party of Tyrians (Not sure if that matters). However, a Tyrian guildie was not able to enter the local quarter with us, as he was disallowed.

Tyrian characters can only enter the Foreign quarter as there´s no quest requirement to enter the outpost. Canthan characters can enter both the local and foreign quarters as only Canthan characters can get the quest that allows access to the local quarter.

This confused me aswell ... I was playing on my Canthan Necromancer with a Tyrian Necromancer Guildie. We were trying to get to the boss to cap the Flesh Golem {E} skill. He took the quest for this (the one all tyrians have to take when the arrive by boat). When he completed the quest we were teleported into Vizunah (foreign quarter). When we left the gate was closed behind me, however I could travel to Foreign quarter by using the map.
