How do i get to it Please... search ive tried and i need help

I'm not sure where you want to get to the Monestary from. If you mean a new character, then just choose the Factions campaign on the creation screen and you will start there.
If you mean getting a current character from Tyria to the monestary then you first have to be ascended, then go to Firstwatch Sergio in Lion's Arch and get the Mhenlo quest from him. Follow that quest and it will take you to Kaineng City. Travel south from Kaineng to the Marketplace, exit west from there and that'll take you to an NPC called Firstmate Xiang (I think that's his name). Talk to him and he can take you to the Island.

They actually removed the Ascended rule, unless they have recently re-acted it in the last update. (it could have just been so non-ascended's could get the tengu mask)

according to a post by Alex Weekes level 20 is ascended not doing the ascention.also earlier level characters are having no problem going over either
