It was an elemental focus item as I recall with something like +15 energy or so with +45 health. Its had the skin of a fan and dropped in the undercity on my first time down there from cho an Am Fah boss down a fiery corridor! Any info on this would be cool I havent seen it again so far which either means it's rare (bugger) or its so common noone cares (yay)
