ive never seen a 7-xx axe, is this new or am i retarded?

I've seen something like this on guru before.. iono, it can be anything from merchant to a mil + 100 ecto. You can't name a price on an anomally like this, offer it to all those rich bastards who collect greens and 8 FoW PVE Characters.. lots of those on Guru to give you a PC.

sometimes, when the max isn't 28, the min can be 7. doesn't make this particular axe anything special.
