I keep seeing these on the sell/high end forums and think they look like the best weapons in the game(skin wise of course). I was just wodnering where I could get them from chests/drops/collectors. Just where you get them period, Thank You in advance.

I believe they drop in Elite Missions.

They only drop in the "elite" missions which can only be accessed if you alliance owns one of the outposts or towns.

Or if you party with people who are in the alliance who owns the town.

Where is the Kurzick elite mission location(s)?

The Luxon elite mission, and Kurzick elite mission can only be accessed by members of the Alliance that hold their respective capitals. Thus you must own House zu Heltzer on the Kurzick side to access Urgoz's Warren. And Luxon alliances must own Cavalon to access The Deep.
