Well good base, i would say 50-70k fo the mod's value, wich is a little low

I've got a +29 HP Sword Pommel I could sell with this if anyone's interested, to take the place of the +7 armor vs. Elementalist dmg. Though, I find that this sword is perfect as it is for farming Hydras outside Augury at Skyward Reach. Fell No Pain's Hydra farming riposte build is what I use, and they're made for each other.

Ehm.... the sword itself 5-10k not more. I would salvage for the furious though.
And don't mod it, it will never pay you back.
