wat is the max lvl plz

ok i am thinking about buying this game wondering wat is the max lvl and how long does it take to get there i was also wonderiing is there and thing to lvl up like fishing and mineing and stuff

max lvl = 20 and no this isnt runescape no other lvls than char lvl. lvling up dont take all that long in factions, 1 good day of playing there and ur lvl 20

lvl 20 not very fun then i mean being abel to max out in one day dont make lvling fun at all

Cause GW is not a GRINDING GAME.

20 is max lvl at that point find the 2 15 ap quest and youre considerd rdy for almost everything

is it worth buyig as i liek to lvl up and become a high lvl so shud i go for suming like everquest

It isn't really about lvls, it's more about the skills.

Go WoW go Diablo LOD, level 60 or Level 99 or a Level Grind?

give it time your see that leveling up and wasting time gaining exp is a waste of time.

and like fiery said this is not a grinding game.

No if that's your taste.... but IMO that's a total waste of time and money (WOW or EQ) to get to say "I'm level 60" or level 99 ...

The game itself can be done as quick as you want. But seeing your completely new to the game I doubt you would finish every nook and cranny in it merely for 3 days. Do Chapter 1 do Chapter 2, do every little detail every area and I know it will take you months.

But hey, it's your cash or whoever is buying your games.

Like to see you prove that. ya you can "get to" level 20 but "do everything" in 3 days.... that's a lot of soda (beer) and chips or pizza for 3 days


Ya i was grinding away to level 99 in d2. what a waste of time and i can't even say i've gotten anyting back from it. GW is 500x better. it's (sort of) like CS:S (Counter stirke source) it comes down to your skills -)

you as a new player are likely to take alot longer than most people

whats more, if you're into pvp and are not a ***ehole then I'd say get it

i presume you may have come from something like wow or runescape. if you have, forget all your tactics and strategies that you learnt in those

Agreed, GW PVP is as balanced as it gets from most games.

If you bring up IWAY as a counter, you will get a swift kick somewhere.

i buy my own games lol hm ok i think i might give it a try is there any expasion packs i need to buy or jsut guild wars i have looked on paly.com and there is like 6 diffrent guild wars lol and yes i have come from runesxcape plade for about 2years

First one is Guild Wars Chapter 1 Prophecies, the one that just came out is called Guild Wars Chapter 2 Factions. No expansions, all stand alone games.
