Old Tyrian Armour and those stat updater NPC's...

A while ago there was the update to things like Rogue armour to get rid of the energy penalty compared to standard armour, and my mesmer's still in her old 15k suit wondering when it'll get upgraded with another +4 energy Anyone got any news? I last heard the feature was coming 'soon', but I'm getting twitchy

Coming soon = coming soon, getting twitchy won't make it any faster

Also are they gonna make it so we can get all the diffrent armour stats in the style of our choice like in fow and cantha, ie if i like knights armour but want glads stats, or if I like glads but want knights boots but in glads style?
