Perf Eternal Shield

I want an eternal shield in any combo of the following mods req9 or below:

-5 dmg (Chance 20%)
or
-2 dmg while in a stance

and

+30hp always
or
reduce blind duration by 20%
or
+10 armor vs piercing dmg

got 30hp -2stance req11 not sure i'm selling it btw... depends on price
