Pet fights!!!

A pet fight club should be added. You should be able tostand behind a gate and give your pet skills to use and even buy armor for it. That would be so cool. To do that, a bunch more pets should be created to give it some flavor. I think it is a good idea. Give me your thoughts.

). However I don't think pets need armor. It would... just not be right for guild wars. Guild Wars has never had armor before. Anet may of considered armor for pets, but if they did and decided no, I think it was for the better.Although a pet club is interesting, I don't think its right for guild wars. Also in guild hall you could if you wanted to do a 1 mon 1 pet fight. Just have each other pet attack the others pet, but do nothing yourself except use skills that affect your pet(other than heal it).

ya, I like the idea of armor better than fighting between pets. PvP pets with armor would be so cool. I just want pets to be more important.

The idea is nice, but ANet has alot on their mind at the moment (even though they're far too slow.. I wish they'd just add monthly fee so they can afford employees that work their ass off all day long).
This would be nice if they didn't have a million Factions bugs to fix, but they do. Signing things that aren't easy, and aren't very important is simply useless.

GW is based on the idea of the non monthly fee system. Introducing it would wipe GW out.
They programmed GW:P with less bugs.

I did have a pokémon battle with my guild mate the day scrimmage got introduced
. It does not work really well though >_<.

we all know that pets are... well not very popular. it's not too often you see anyone with them. why not add a little spice to your game, and give those pets some meaning. it wouldnt have to be for anything but pure enjoyment.

The problem is, it's for rangers only. And there's nothing possibly/remotely similar that could be done for other professions. Rangers are always wanting everything for their pets. While I like pets (and think they're still a little underwhelming), they shouldn't be treated specially.

I'm afraid I still can't bring my self to see pet fights in cities. Also, it can already be done if you choose anyway. 1v1 guild scrimage. Bring no weapons but all pet attack skills. It just not what GW is about. It would make the game somewhat weird and it would possibly unbalence it somewhat if they actually gave faction for it.

Also you could get ran to droks and buy your level 5 pet droks pet armor. This would be an unfair advantage. Pet shouldn't be like that. But if Anet added full armor sets with not stats that didn't effect your pet at all it would just be stupid!

Just by this idea I am thinking of all the things that could go wrong. What do you do with people who get ran to Droks and come back with the best armour and skills for their pets, and kill your pet and call you a noob? What do you do for all the problems in pvp at the moment made worse by it being with animals?
