Are there any offhand items that give you a - to energy? or a + to energy regeneration? I know that there is an item that gives you +15 energy but -1 energy regen, is there an oppisite one?

There aren't any items that add energy regeneration aside from your standard armor pieces. Negative energy items can be found as drops anywhere or as a quest reward in Prophecies.

What you want is the cities of ascalon quest reward, one of the offhands is a scroll (earth req) that has -5 energy and gives 6. Since you won't have the req you'll get 3 energy which makes for a grand total of -2 energy.

gotcha, are there indeed drops with - energy or any other quests? I think I did that quest and got rid of that object already...

weapons yes you can get -5 energy weapons but for off hands I'm not sure.

Not really any that are comparable, unless you can get hold of a really decent shield. Without the req of Strength or Tactics you still get 8AL off a gold 16AL shield, as well as any other bonuses it has (+30hp,-2 Damage (stance).. etc).

Actually, all Zealous weapons are -1 energy regen and +1 energy (not regen)on hit. I have a Fire Wand that is Energy+13 and regen -1, so basically you get a LOT more energy than any normal wand can have and you trade off having a slower regen.

b) +15/-1e weapons are terrible as anything other than an emergency swap, in all but a very very select few situations.

I have a +15 energy - regen. Thats why I was curious if there is the oppisite version (-energy + regen)

There is no equippable weapon or offhand that can give +energy regen. Stop trying to look for one and use energy management skills.
As far as -energy offhands go, only get ones that have 6 or less energy. Any offhand that has more than 6 energy will give you 6 energy when you don't meet the requirements, which defeats the purpose of -5 energy. Only those 6 and less will drop to 3 when you don't meet requirements. The Cities of Ascalon scroll is probably the best you can find for a -energy scroll, as it comes with armor +5 and health +25.

With 3 post-searing characters, I have always recieved the -50 hp cesta, upon completion of the quest.

That cesta is only one of the 2 rewards you get from that quest. The other item you get, a scroll, is the one you're looking for.

I have never seen an + energy regeneration. If those ever existed, they would sell for millions of gold. If you ever find one, which you won't, hold on to it and show it off before you sell it. I can't even think of how much gold something like that could sell for.

if i remmeber correctly there r 2 different version of the earth scroll u can get from the cities of ascalon quest as a reward the one -5e +5al +25hp is the one u looking for there is also another version without the -5e i forget the stats of it so u might have to make a cchar go though do the quest and cross fingers u get it or just redo til u do

I just tryed to buy a - energy item from the quest and everyone told me that the quest doesnt drop that. indeed someone even showed me both rewards, one that is the -50 health and one that is something like -20 health.

Is not from that quest it is from pre searing
55's find it usefull as with 15% DP it gives you 13 health
