*Note* this is with 16 critical strikes
Idk but it seems to me that u can just cast critical defenses and then once it's about to run out, use wild blow to refresh Critical Defenses. Then just use wild blow again once it's recharged. Rinse and Repeat. Wild Blow has a 5 sec cooldown while Critical Defenses has a 6 second duration.
