Emblazoned Defender

I got it from a chest in Cantha recently. I've never come accross one of these before. So, i thought i'd post it up here and see if any of you guys have seen one of em.

NICE. There's a green with that skin, but I haven't seen any others. Really nice skin.

The skin isn't as good as the other ones found in Cantha.

This particular shield seems a lot like the other canthan items. Love, or hate.

Personally, I LOVE simple items (<3 Dadao Sword). Others hate them. I also cannot stand vanity skins like Fellblades, Crystallines, etc. etc. The more simple items seem to cater to people like me, and not the "flashier is better" crowd.

The shield looks like a giant slab of stone with a sapphire in it.

The shield looks like a giant awesome of superbness with a mega-uber in it.

This shield would look better w/ 15k kurzick warriors w/ undyed armore more so than the exalted aegis, which looks better w/ 1.5k armors

Gothic shield is bugged, you'll see when a warrior holds it, dunno about female chars. Also the shield looks regal, w/ 15k kurzick armor left undyed, that shield fits the "look".

I think the old fugly green shield in tyria would actually go well w/ 15k luxon but they're both fugly and mixing both them actually kinda cancels each other fugliness.

That's got to be one of the coolest shields I've ever seen.
