Ressurection skill of choice.

Do you use Restoration, Lively was Naomei, Flesh of My Flesh, or Ressurection as your ressurection skill?
What is the main reason for your choice?
At the moment, I'm only using Ressurection Signet because I was never really put into the situation where I'd really need the other ones yet.

Flesh of My Flesh is my res of choice. I hate long cast res- no wonder Unyielding Aura is one of my favorite Monk skills. Cast FomF, follow up with Spirit Transfer or something similar (1/4 cast powerful heal) and it's all good.
