Any skill quests for the new factions skills?

Ok, I want to cheap out on my skill points and gold, so I'm just wondering if there are any skill quests for the new skills? Up till now I have yet to find one, and I have been doing quests for most of the weekend!

Also what are imperial commendations for, apart from being used as collector's items? Are there "redoable" quests that gives imperial commendations? Because otherwise it makes no sense to have collectors for them when the supply will eventually run out.

Far as I know there is no skill quests for the old skills, you have to buy them all, making it mega expensive and annoying once the cost maxes out at 1K per skill.

Imperial Commendations seem to be for collector items only, as for supply as long as there is new characters there will always be some available. There doesn't seem to be repeatable quests for them, which again is annoying.

People are often seen asking to buy them for 100-150g.

Imperial Commendations = Hunters Ale = Free drunkness!

Can't you get keys to the forbidden chests with them? I remember reading that somewhere.
