The poison +33% and especially the +29 HP make it pretty good. I don't know how much the skin of the bow goes for (not a ranger), but I'd guess about 10-14P. Hopefully a wise ranger can confirm it, but thats about what I have seen. The +29 is ~20P, but you have to risk salving the bow, most likely you'll get the poison, which is about 1.5P I think currently. If you do try to salv the bow, use a sup salv kit.
