Enchantment Mods

Can't really find a good awnser for this so decieded to post. Can someone tell me how a can tell if a 20% mod will affect XXXX spell? For most monk spells it is obvious, but I want to know about other skills. Is it just any spell that is timed in secs(so it would incease that time by 20%)? Example-would it increase the time that say Spiteful Spirit stays active? A link to a list or something like that would be appreciated. Thanks!

Anything that says it is an Enchantment in the description, apart from those that are 'maintained' enchantments. Spitefull Spirit is a hex and therefore would not be effected.
