Well, it doesnt appear to be anymore b/c they came out with a new Sickle skin in Factions that can be max and all that good stuff.

The new sickles won't affec the prices of the prophecies skinned sickles.

The main problem with this item now is that everybody is spending thier cash on factions items. I would just hold on to it for a bit and when things settle down try to sell it or get another PC.

The new sickle skin in Faction is ugly, not too many people want that. As for this one, I would just merchant it.
