Would the idea of using Illusionary Weapon with an assassin's dagger work? Cause they are the fastest weapon so that would equal more dmg, right?

Two problems, Me/A or A/Me wouldn't have flurry. And this 'fastest' attack speed is only due to double strikes.... you'd have t invest in dagger master just for double strikes. So no, I don't see IW being much good with daggers.

well, apparently with 15 dagger mastery, there is a double strike chance of 30%. This makes the attack speed around 1.00. But that takes putting points into daggermastery, and isnt the point of IW to not have points in the weapon attribute?

what if you just do Me/W and equip daggers?
