How long do Contient transfers take place?

What I mean is, I send am E-Mail to gwsupport asking for a disctrict change to back to America. It has been more than 2 weeks. Is there a problem?

You should be able to change your location by yourself. You can change locations 5 times.

To change your location:
Log In
Click Edit Account
Check The Change Territory Box
Click Next
Choose Desired Territory

If you have used up all 5 of these changes you will be able to get changed one last time. This one will be PERMANT. Just contact support (I know because my friend got one).

Yeah, I have used up all 5 transfers, I sent an Email to support, still nothing. Could you possibly give me the email address to who I email. I am almost positive I emailed the wrong person or persons.

I hate to say it but unless the ANet gods have a soft heart for the day you are pretty much SOL......you knew you had 5 changes you shouldn't have used them all up. Sorry

well either, you sent to wrong place and you'll have to figure out how to actually send email to support (why not just use the handy form on the website?) OR the 'never cry wolf' policy went into effect, or third option they got it and are laughing at you but will get around to it when they are done laughing.
