Factions: animate bone horror

why can i not get this spell in factions? i have it unlocked on the same account. if i can get every stinking necro spell that isnt elite, why cant i have horror? i dont want 2 wussy minions or a really expensive ranged attacker. as a nec/Rt i have so much ranged attack it is silly. i need something to stand in between me and certain doom (for a short period of time.)

From what I hear, its not a Faction skill, you'll have to travel back to Lions Arch to be able to get it.

That's right. Horror is a Prophecies skill. Fiends and Minions are Core.

I think it's normal that the vampiric horror recharges slowly
it would really overpowered the other way (they hit mobs and heals you in same time)

I thought Factions was supposed to be stand alone....seems to me like you miss out on a lot without Prophecies.

Is there a list of skills that do not appear in Cantha and have no "duplicate" skill?
